ELEPHANT EAR COMMISSIONS:
Make sure you bring your elephant ears home from your safari, and I can depict your own personal trophies or the big five or whatever might strike your fancy. Call and ask for a quote.

GETTING STARTED ON YOUR PERSONAL PAINTING:
Usually the first step is to decide on the size and price that fits your house and budget. Prices are determined by multiplying the length and width of the hardboard panel to obtain the size in square inches, and multiplying that figure by 12. Some examples are listed here:
  • 9 x 12 = $1300,
  • 16 x 20 = $3840,
  • 22 x 30 = $7900.
  • The prices are subject to alteration, depending on complexity and subject matter.

Once you've decided on a size and price, a 50% deposit is required before painting begins; you will also receive a detailed sketch of the painting for your approval. Completion time varies widely; a formal contract details all the terms of each commission.

    OTHER INFORMATION REGARDING COMMISSIONS:
The artist retains the copyright to all paintings. If your painting is selected to be reproduced as a limited edition print, you will be notified, and will receive complimentary prints. Cynthie is also happy to produce a very personal painting of your trophy big game animal on request, and can assist you in publishing your own special edition if requested. Call and ask for details; Cynthie will need additional reference from your hunting trip to truly bring your animal back to life in paint.
