ASIAN ORIGINALS

Painting Asian wildife can be quite a challenge. It's pretty difficult to get the reference needed to be accurate, and not many folks have actually had experience with some of these species. But I can't resist; I greatly enjoy the challenge of depicting species that other artists shy away from. And in my several trips to parts of Russia and Central Asia, I've gained a new respect and appreciation for these noble animals and the harsh habitat they call home.
